Town of Preeceville

The Preeceville Curling Club was first established in 1935.  At that time it consisted of one sheet of ice.

A new rink was built in 1954, and with some renovations it is still being used to this day.

Today the curling rink has three sheets of artificial ice and is also heated.

The Curling Rink is an important recreational facility for the young and old in our community. It has been a part of the community and area for many years, and is part of Preeceville's rich history.

It is used by all ages, from gym classes for the children to senior bonspiels, from scheduled curling games to drop in curling afternoons and evenings.

Church groups, the school, and farmers alike have held bonspiels in the
curling rink for many years.
